Hey Lauren, I was in the mood for something exotic tonight and went for it with this Moroccan Tagine, lol. This African stew was amazing and very healthy with the butternut squash, tomatoes, and chickpeas. It’s so different – I’ve only worked with butternut squash in one other recipe and I’ve never worked with coriander before and love it! Lauren’s Cha Cha Chili

Hey Jenny Jen, I love chili on a cool Fall night! Topped with some cheese, tortillas and sour cream it makes my feel so cozy. The minute the time changes and it starts getting dark early I immediately crave chili. I make this recipe with chunks of steak instead of ground beef. Hey Jennifer, So this is one of the quickest dinners to put together. It takes a while to cook in a crock pot, but prep time is very quick.
