Hey Lauren, I was invited to a Christmas party this weekend so instead of bringing over an everyday appetizer, I wanted to make something that was inspired by Christmas colors. The layers of green pesto and sun dried tomato spread are so festive, and both flavors are toned down by the layer of garlic and shallot cream cheese. It was a big hit at the party! Peppermint Bark

Hey Jennifer, PEPPERMINT BARK! Need I say more? This is the stuff Christmas dreams are made of. Sugarplums dancing in my head? NOPE! It’s peppermint bark. Hey Jennifer, I had so much fun making this with you. For some reason it was so easy this year. I think last year we tried to use a vegetable peeler to peel the apples. Using a knife this year made it go by a million times faster! I love our new tradition of baking all Thanksgiving week! SO FUN! I’m glad everyone loved this applesauce. Pumpkin Pumpkin Pumpkin Cake

Hey Jennifer, This is the pumpkin cake of all pumpkin cake! It is sooo good! It’s not healthy in any sense of the word but I don’t care because it is unblieably delicious and hey, it’s the holidays!!! This is such a versatile dish.
