Applesauce

Hey Jennifer, I had so much fun making this with you. For some reason it was so easy this year. I think last year we tried to use a vegetable peeler to peel the apples. Using a knife this year made it go by a million times faster! I love our new tradition of baking all Thanksgiving week! SO FUN! I’m glad everyone loved this applesauce. Hey Lauren, Just a note to let you know that your End-of-Summer Blueberry Pie inspired me to do one last seasonal dessert. JH has been asking me to find a recipe similar to his fav lemon loaf served at Starbucks, and I found a base recipe that he thought sounded pretty close to the ingredients he thinks are in his Starbucks lemon loaf. Absence doesn't make my heart grow fonder, but food sure does!
