Hey Lauren, My Jack O’Lantern cake was a huge hit at family night! I created two bundt cakes, chocolate of course, to create the shape of the pumpkin with an icecream cone stem. This cake was so fun! Hey Lauren, I was looking for a quick and easy recipe for a weeknight home-cooked dinner, and found this on Food Network under their “Dinner in a Rush” category. It was so good. The lemon flavor was so unexpectedly good on the potatoes when mixed with the salt and rosemary. I also did the quick chop with a knife for the first time ever on the rosemary (like they do on TV), haha. The salt helped break up the rosemary... (more...)
