Hey Lauren, My friend Darren shared this recipe with me a while back and I’m so happy that I finally tried it out. This recipe couldn’t be any easier, and there isn’t much of a mess because you are mixing all of the ingredients into a small bowl and cooking on aluminum foil that can be tossed (or recycled) after cooking. Sunday Brunch Breakfast Braid

I was talking to some friends recently that tell me, if you’re ever going to give guacamole a chance, you have to try it fresh and homemade. My friends love avocados and guacamole so much, that I thought I’d attempt the best that had to offer and I actually LOVED it. I... (more...)

Devilish Devil’s Food Cake

Hey Jen, So I made this cake the other day when I went to my birth class reunion. Nothing like a bunch of dieting new moms desperate for a slice of cake! I usually brought treats to the classes, but mostly something quick like rice krispy treats. I figured I would make something special for the reunion though, but because I have a new baby on one arm most of the time I still had to choose something fairly easy! I remembered this... (more...)
